Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and hardworking Office Girl to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, assist with serving refreshments, and help with minor administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and pantry stock.
- Ensure that the pantry is clean and well-stocked at all times.
- Support administrative staff as requested.
- Dispose of trash and maintain a hygienic environment in the office.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic understanding of English (reading and speaking)
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Good personal hygiene and a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly and cooperative nature
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM]
Salary:
1500-2000 (Negotiable)
