We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Tagalog-Speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide top-quality support in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Meet performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if needed
