Guildhall is seeking a General Manager for our client, a premium café brand. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in expansion and scaling operations, with a strong understanding of managing high-performing teams, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the café’s brand standards and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage day-to-day café operations (4 locations), including staff supervision, customer service, inventory, and financial management. * Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability, and business growth. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. * Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. * Monitor and manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize costs. * Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation. * Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and brand awareness. * Resolve customer complaints and ensure an exceptional guest experience. * Collaborate with ownership on long-term business planning and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in café, restaurant, or F&B management, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role. * Expertise in operational management, P&L ownership, customer satisfaction and KPI monitoring to drive profitability and performance. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Knowledge of food and beverage operations, health and safety regulations, and cost management. * Proven track record in managing multiple café locations and ensuring consistent quality and performance across all stores. * Understanding of the Saudi and UK markets is highly advantageous. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
