Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and execute the division’s business strategy aligned with company goals.
Identify market opportunities and expand the division’s client base locally and internationally.
Set annual performance targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Operational Management
Oversee quarrying, manufacturing, cutting, finishing, and installation processes.
Optimize production capacity, machinery utilization, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Sales & Business Development
Lead the sales team to drive revenue through B2B and B2C channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and suppliers.
Negotiate major contracts and partnerships.
Financial Oversight
Prepare and manage the division’s budget, P&L statements, and financial forecasts.
Control costs and improve overall profitability.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements where necessary.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage department heads and key staff.
Foster a performance-driven culture and promote teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in the marble, natural stone, construction, or building materials industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record in strategic planning, operations, and sales management.
Strong understanding of marble production processes and supply chain logistics.
