Translating to ‘my imagination’ in Arabic, KAYALI provides a modern fragrance experience inspired by Mona’s rich Middle Eastern heritage and the art of layering scents to help you create your mood; where sharing scents is a ritual and smelling good is both an act of goodwill and self-love. Mona collaborates with some of the world’s most renowned perfumers and sources the finest ingredients to create unique juices that are infinitely memorable, long-lasting, and cruelty-free. Summary:
The Visual Merchandising Manager proactively monitors and manages execution of deliverables through all project phases and across internal and external teams both globally and regionally, mitigating roadblocks to ensure successful delivery. Deliver best-in-class brand execution and strategy for Kayali. With an operational background and design skills, the Global VM Manager will support on launch, always-on and permanent rollouts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in delivering the Global VM strategy to maximize brand awareness and visibility within the markets across all customer & community facing executions
- The Visual Merchandising Manager uses broad expertise and unique knowledge to develop and lead the most complex projects, from scoping, to implementation and deployment where needed
- Support in the creative conception, implementation and execution of all VM assets for new launches including but not limited to; gondola updates, promotional sites, retailer windows, podiums, pop-ups, event space design, lightboxes and in-store screen content for all doors in a timely manner working closely with the Global teams and regional marketss to ensure consistent launch messaging across the estate
- Have a creative eye to be able to select the correct assets for design updates across multiple formats
- Produce fast and accurate re-sizing or revisions of existing concepts, including gondola artwork, animation artwork, presentations etc
- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Design and Creative teams, regional market VM leads and other stakeholders across the business
- Support and delivery on all relevant guidelines (e.g. Brand and Style) issued in collaboration with Global, regularly reviewing and updating where necessary
- Responsible for facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with suppliers, retailers and regions for each project
- Management of Global VM master databases, forecasts, calendars, planograms and file libraries
- Have knowledge of print and production build techniques, and mindfulness of budget restrictions, environmental issues and project lead times
- Close management of ongoing projects from design to execution with region VM Leads, inclusive of wrap up reports
- Project manage all product white samples (new launch kits) and print proofs that need to be sent to suppliers and Regions
- Carry out and instruct store visits to ensure a consistently high level of execution across all VM
- Be aware of our competitor's marketing campaigns, VM updates, new trends in design and digital innovations

Requirements
- You must be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office. 3D skills are a plus
- Strong project manager, with great time management skills and an ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated critical-thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Works well independently and within a team environment
- Senior-level understanding of process, project management and project management tools
- Ability to initiate and manage cross-functional, globally distributed teams and multi-disciplinary projects
- Ability to develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including the ability to organize and track tasks and dependencies across multiple projects
- Detailed understanding of technical build and production to support across design and delivery functions.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly and understand how it affects the project
- Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution in a timely fashion
- Ability to identify improvements to processes and procedures over time
- Adaptable and tolerant of stressful situations. Ability to be a calming force to the overall project team, resolve conflicts and leady-by-example to deliver the project
