Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions across both digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics that capture attention and communicate our message effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual content for various platforms including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop and execute design strategies.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into creative and visually appealing designs.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work with external printers or vendors when necessary to ensure high-quality printed materials.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in web and mobile design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
