We are hiring: Green Team Caretakers
Role Description
- Daily care of native plants including watering, pruning, staking, and monitoring plant health.
- Maintenance of ecological systems including goats, beehives, fishponds, and reedbeds.
- Safe use of electric landscaping tools like trimmers, blowers, shredders, etc.
- Green waste management: collection, on-site chipping/shredding, or off-site hauling.
- Pollination support (e.g., for date palms).
- Maintenance and minor repair of irrigation systems (drip lines, bubblers, valves, CCUs).
- Accurate reporting on landscape conditions using provided tools.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in landscaping, gardening, farming, or animal care.
- Fluency in English, speaking, reading, and writing & Arabic is a plus.
- Familiar with safe tool use, PPE, and comfortable working outdoors year-round.
- Respect for wildlife, biodiversity, and willingness to learn ecological practices.
