We are hiring Green Team Supervisor
Job Role: Oversee daily operations, ensuring landscape and ecological maintenance meet sustainability, safety, and biodiversity standards. Coordinates schedules, manages supplies, ensures reporting, and liaises with leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily tasks of Team Caretakers.
- Develop and maintain weekly schedules for site maintenance across all zones.
- Ensure safety protocols, PPE use, and provide training on plant care, tools, and animal handling.
- Monitor performance of the landscape and coordinate with specialists.
- Track tool and equipment inventory; manage procurement and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain records of interventions, plant health, animal care, and site issues.
- Assist in data collection for monitoring and reporting systems.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years supervisory experience in landscaping horticulture, or environmental management.
- Knowledge of desert plants, and comfort with livestock and bees.
- Comfortable with tools, PPE, and outdoor work year-round, plus basic irrigation fixes.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting apps, and task trackers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English.
