Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
· Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
· Define brand positioning and marketing direction across all HJ Group companies.
· Conduct competitive and market analysis to anticipate trends and uncover growth opportunities.
Team & Cross-Division Management:
· Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional marketing team.
· Foster collaboration across all business units to ensure unified brand messaging.
· Establish KPIs, review team performance, and oversee recruitment and capability development.
Brand & Communication:
· Build, elevate, and manage brand identities across all verticals.
· Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across digital, print, and PR channels.
· Cultivate media, influencer, and strategic partnerships to strengthen visibility.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
· Oversee all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email.
· Drive data-driven decision making through performance metrics, A/B testing, and customer insights.
· Maintain and continuously improve web platforms for all group entities.
Advertising & Promotions:
· Develop innovative advertising and promotional strategies across traditional and digital media.
· Lead execution of multimedia campaigns, events, and brand activations.
· Oversee production of marketing collaterals and creative assets.
Market Research & Business Intelligence:
· Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging markets to guide decision-making.
· Provide actionable insights to leadership through data analysis and research reports.
Budget & ROI Management:
· Own and optimize the marketing budget across the Group.
· Track ROI of campaigns, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
· 10+ years in marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Experience in multi-industry, especially real estate, F&B, hospitality, healthcare, or investment sectors is a plus.
Skills:
· Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
· Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
