As a Guest Relations Associate at Marco Polo Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. Your role is to assist guests with their needs, handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to exceed expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions.
- Ensure guest profiles and preferences are updated in the system for future stays.
- Prepare welcome amenities and ensure VIP guests receive special attention.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on any unresolved issues.
- Promote hotel loyalty programs and upsell services when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Multilingual skills and Arabic Speaker is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Standing for extended periods
- May be required to handle luggage or assist physically depending on guest needs

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
