Job Summary:
As a Guest Relations Executive at HAVN, you’ll be responsible for creating seamless and memorable stays for our guests — from check-in to check-out. You’ll act as the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services
- Conduct property inspections and ensure readiness before guest arrivals
- Provide local area recommendations and upsell experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in holiday homes or the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels)
- UAE driving license (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
