About the Role
We’re seeking a presentable, confident, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our luxury holiday homes. If you have a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and a talent for keeping guests happy — this role is made for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-check apartments before guest arrival & ensure everything is in perfect condition
- Report & resolve any issues with maintenance/cleaning before check-in
- Welcome guests warmly during check-in & check-out
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with reservations, operations & housekeeping teams
- Secure positive guest reviews by ensuring top-quality experiences
- Be proactive in resolving problems and maintaining a 5-star standard
What We’re Looking For
- Female candidates only
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written)
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in hospitality / holiday homes (mandatory)
- Presentable, confident, and guest-oriented personality
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Flexible with working schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays if required)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure & resolve issues on the spot
