Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
- Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality customer service that aligns with hospitality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing wellness programs, special events, and guest engagement activities.
What You Bring:
- Experience in hospitality or wellness industry (Ayurvedic or healthcare setting is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus).
- Proficiency in booking systems and guest management tools is preferred.
