Guest Services Associate – Holiday Homes (Full-Time)

Maison De Vacances, a boutique holiday home management company in Azizi Riviera, is looking for a Guest Services Associate to join our growing team and be the face of guest happiness.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for all guest communication (WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, email)
- Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs with full attention to detail
- Handle guest requests, issues, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with operations to ensure unit readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and ensure top ratings
- Use platforms like Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com, and PriceLabs to manage bookings
- Ensure full compliance with DTCM/DET holiday home regulations
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and responsive tone at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or holiday homes
- Knowledge of Dubai’s holiday home regulations is a strong plus
- Tech-savvy with comfort using Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty for Hosts
- Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, professional, patient, and super responsive
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
