Sensation Station, a leading Early Intervention and Therapy Centre in Dubai, is offering an exciting new opportunity as Head of Therapy to lead and grow our dynamic therapy team.
This opportunity is for a passionate and skilled therapist who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to manage a clinical caseload.
YOUR ROLE
- Oversee & manage a team of skilled therapists through supervision and training
- Ensure a high-quality, evidence-based approach
- Drive service development & strategic growth
- Maintain compliance with (DHA) regulations
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, families, schools & other external providers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy
- DHA Eligibility/Licensed
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- A minimum of five years of experience in Paediatric Therapy, preferably with leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Strong team management, clinical oversight and strategic planning skills
