Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen staff.
- Design and update menus aligned with the restaurant concept.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Creative, organized, and cost-conscious.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
