We are looking for a professional and personable Head Waiter/Waitress (Syrian) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until the time they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring excellent first impressions.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
- Take and confirm orders accurately, communicating any dietary or allergy requirements to the kitchen.
- Oversee table service, ensuring timing, presentation, and quality meet company standards.
- Handle complaints or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
