Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Representatives / Healthcare Sales Representatives with proven experience in physiotherapy product or service sales. This is a commission-only role for the first 3 months. Based on performance, successful candidates will be offered a fixed salary plus commission and formal onboarding after 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close sales with physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote physiotherapy-related solutions, products, and services with confidence and industry knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the physiotherapy and healthcare space.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, client feedback, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in physiotherapy sales / rehabilitation products / medical devices related to physio care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable working on a commission-based model.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about healthcare sales.
