Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth for the nursing home by generating leads, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting the facility’s services to families, hospitals, clinics, and community organizations. The role requires a proactive and empathetic sales approach to meet occupancy and revenue targets while upholding the organization’s reputation for compassionate and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote nursing home services to potential residents, families, hospitals, doctors, and referral partners.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to achieve sales and occupancy targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations.
- Conduct facility tours and presentations for prospective clients and families.
- Support the admissions process by coordinating with clinical and administrative staff.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to marketing and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Represent the nursing home at healthcare events, community fairs, and networking activities.
- Ensure compliance with ethical sales practices and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in healthcare, elderly care, nursing homes, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to empathize with patients and families while maintaining a sales-driven approach.
- Knowledge of healthcare services, elderly care needs, and local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license (preferred, depending on role requirements).
