We’re Hiring: E-commerce Head / E-commerce Manager

Maylaa International Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven e-commerce professional to lead and grow our online business operations. This role will oversee end-to-end e-commerce management, including sales growth, marketing campaigns, platform optimization, and customer support operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives
● Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and mobile app
● Collaborate with technical and creative teams to optimize platform performance
● Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and content quality
● Ensure high-quality visuals, banners, and product descriptions
● Implement cross-selling, up-selling, and personalization strategies
● Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
● Drive CRM initiatives including email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
● Collaborate with influencers and remarketing programs to boost brand awareness
● Supervise and support the customer care team for timely query resolution
● Streamline processes for complaints, returns, and refunds
● Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth post-purchase experience
● Track traffic, conversion rates, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and CSAT
● Generate actionable insights for continuous optimization
● Leverage tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM dashboards
● Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
● Manage vendor and agency relationships
● Train, mentor, and lead the e-commerce and support teams
Qualifications & Skills:
► Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
► 5+ years in e-commerce operations and customer support management
► Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom solutions
► Experience managing customer support teams and CRM/Helpdesk tools
► Hands-on digital marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
► Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
