- 1-3 years of experience as a holiday consultant.
- Extensive knowledge of international holiday destinations
- Understand client travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages or tailor-made solutions.
- Book flights, accommodations, tours, transport, insurance, and other travel-related services.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Upsell add-ons such as excursions, insurance, or upgrades.
- Handle travel documentation including invoices, confirmations, and itineraries.
- Monitor travel trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
