We are looking for Guest Relation Officer (English - Arabic Speaker) to provide high-quality service to our Holiday Homes.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our guests.
Job description
Undergraduate / college degree (Preferred)
Previously worked at a Holiday Homes company (at least 2 year of experience)
Has experience with Property Management softwares like Hostaway or Guesty
Has experience and familiar with Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, and Dubizzle
Familiar with DTCM regulations and filings
Lives in Mainland Dubai or relatively close
Speaks good English and Arabic
Good sales and communication skills, pays close attention to detail
Should have a driving license- we will sponsor the fuel
Willing to work on a flexible schedule
People's person, excellent communication and organization skills
Hospitality related experience and knowledge in hospitality industry standard
A customer-oriented and professional attitude
Motivated and proactive
Job functions include but not limited to:
1. Managing guest check ins and checkouts
2. Guest relations and communications
3. Uploading listings on Airbnb, booking.com
4. Coordinate property management like cleanings and maintenance with respective teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
