We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to create a positive first impression for our guests.
Location: Al Ain
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the booking system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth operations
- Provide menus and answer basic questions about the venue
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
- More prefer for Immediate joiner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
