We are looking for a professional and well-presented Hostess/Host to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors while also supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document handling, and data entry
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming
- Collaborate with internal teams to support daily office requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach
