We’re Hiring: Hostess – Arabic Speaker | F&B Industry (Dubai, UAE)
Do you have a warm smile, a graceful presence, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? 3FILS RESTAURANT is looking for an experienced Hostess to join our front-of-house team in one of our upscale restaurant brands in Dubai.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to make every guest feel like a VIP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a professional, welcoming attitude and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer and direct phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and events
- Coordinate and assist with private events or special guest arrangements
- Keep the reception and dining area neat, organized, and presentable at all times
- Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support the overall guest experience from arrival to departure
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Experience managing reservations and coordinating event logistics
- Warm personality, excellent grooming, and customer service focus
- Ability to multitask and work gracefully under pressure
- Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
