Nova Park Hotel is looking for a Male Arabic-speaking receptionist for our front office team. He will welcome guests, do check-ins and check-outs, deal with guest queries, and provide prompt and professional guest service. Attend to guest requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Inform guests about the hotel rates and services
- Sales of rooms through walk-ins and phone queries
- Ensure proper room allocation
- Register, check in, and check-out guests
- Compute guest billings, post charges to guest rooms, and be responsible for guest payments.
Qualification and Work Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of practical experience in a front office position in a hotel.
- Arabic Typing and Speaking Must
- good oral and written communication skills
- strong working knowledge of relevant computer software, including MS Office, Prologic, and payment systems.
Facility:
- Food, accommodations, health insurance, and visas will be provided by the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
