Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Female Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort and needs are met.
- Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces, including hallways, lobbies, and bathrooms.
- Stocking: Ensure housekeeping carts are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Safety & Hygiene: Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Reporting Issues: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Hotel experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
