We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve excellence, with proven experience in hotel cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness hotel-level standards are met consistently.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and proper use of equipment. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary to ensure there are no shortages.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, specifically in a hotel setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills; excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemical safety.
- Fluent in English or local language.
