We are looking for a HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage recruitment, payroll, insurance, attendance, and HR systems, and contribute to a structured and efficient HR department.
- Oversee HR quality systems and policy implementation
- Source, screen, and onboard candidates; coordinate with departments
- Process monthly payroll and manage medical insurance (additions, deletions, renewals)
- Handle employee records, leaves, attendance, and HR documentation
- Conduct orientations, evaluations, and support training and development
- Plan events, track leave balances, and resolve HR software issues
- Manage visa paperwork & online processing
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources Management
- 2–3 years of HR & recruitment experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HR software, and payroll systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
