Your Role at a Glance
You’ll be the go-to person for all things people—whether it’s welcoming new joiners, crunching HR data, planning engaging trainings, or keeping everyone aligned and informed. You’ll help keep our HR engine running smoothly while making sure our team feels supported, empowered, and inspired.
What You’ll Bring
- HR-related experience
- University degree (HR or Business preferred)
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Sharp attention to detail, time management superpowers, and a love for structure
- A warm, approachable personality and a team-player mindset
Your Mission (Job Responsibilities)
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews—you’ll be the first friendly face for new talent
- Manage offers, contracts, visas, and smooth onboarding experiences
- Lead engaging HR induction sessions and track all joining progress
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Be the first port of call for employee questions
- Guide team members through policies and procedures
- Keep our shared systems organized and updated
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions that are effective AND fun
- Track attendance, feedback, and performance logs
- Share insights and support the performance cycle
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance, TOIL, absences, and leave paperwork
- Spot patterns, raise red flags, and help keep teams on track
- Ensure timely tracking and resolution of attendance concerns
Disciplinary & Grievance Support
- Prepare documents, issue warnings as advised, and take meeting notes
- Support hearings and investigations with discretion and efficiency
Exit & Offboarding
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback for improvements
- Notify payroll and process final settlements (EOSB)
- Track reasons for resignations and help improve retention
HR Data & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and deliver insights that matter
- Maintain organized records that support smarter decision-making
- Create reports that highlight wins and identify areas to grow
