Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job ads, screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Support in verifying medical licenses, DHA/MOH registrations and other relevant credentials.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation, ID creation, and system access.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain up to date employee files (digital and physical) especially for medical staff.
- Track license renewals, other authority renewals and other admin related work, CME credits, malpractice insurance and Medical Insurance.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts and HR related documentation.
- Leave & Attendance Management:
- Monitor and update staff attendance records.
- Manage leave applications, sick leaves and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Coordinate with department heads to manage rosters and absences.
- Training & Compliance:
- Coordinate mandatory training (e.g., BLS, infection control, etc).
- Maintain training records and certification logs.
- Support compliance with regulatory standards and audits.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing staff meetings, team events, and performance review cycles.
- Help resolve minor HR concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain a positive and confidential HR presence in the clinic.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and healthcare licensing authorities (DHA, MOH).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Working Conditions:
- Full time role with standard office hours.
- May require occasional support during off hours for emergencies or audits.
- Based in a clinic - across 3 branches.
