- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and personnel files
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, induction, and exit formalities
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities
- Handle routine HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
- Track and manage leave records, attendance, and employee benefits
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as requested
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
