- HR Executive – Real Estate
Salary AED 5000/month
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment: posting ads, candidate screening/interviews, onboarding (Royal Place Real Estate)
- Administer payroll, leave, attendance, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations—grievances, performance reviews, and policy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, support visa or PRO processes.
- Organize training, team-building, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and collaborate with leadership (CEO/PRO).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s optional)
- 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in Dubai real estate
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software or HRMS platforms

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
