We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management and training & development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, track KPIs, and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Support HR projects and company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist or similar HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law (or relevant local labor law).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience in ERP
- Multilingual communication skills.
