Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and applicant records.
Assist in resume screening and preliminary interviews when required.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Support employer branding efforts through digital channels and content creation.
Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination.
Help in maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior internship or experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
