We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager + Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all HR functions, administration, employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative and HR operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE law
- Coordinate with departments and ensure a smooth work environment
- Manage attendance, payroll, and employee files
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR & Administration (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Organized, professional, and strong leadership qualities

نحن نبحث عن مدير/ة موارد بشرية + إدارة ذو خبرة وكفاءة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يكون المتقدم قادرًا على إدارة شؤون الموظفين والإدارة العامة وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
المهام:
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية والإدارة
- التوظيف والاستقطاب والتعامل مع شؤون الموظفين
- إعداد السياسات الداخلية ومتابعة الالتزام بقوانين العمل في الإمارات
- تنسيق العمل بين الأقسام المختلفة
- متابعة الحضور والرواتب وملفات الموظفين
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الموارد البشرية والإدارة
- معرفة جيدة بقوانين العمل الإماراتية
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية
- شخصية منظمة وقيادية
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
