We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager with strong expertise in payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting broader HR functions including compensation, benefits, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees (monthly/bi-weekly).
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax deductions, benefits, and local labor laws.
- Manage payroll systems/software and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Handle year-end activities such as tax forms (e.g., Form 16, W-2), bonuses, and increments.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws, tax laws, and statutory changes.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.).
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation data.
HR Operations Support:
- Assist in compensation structuring and policy development.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to manage employee benefits and reimbursements.
- Support audits (internal/external) by providing payroll and HR data.
- Manage employee queries related to salaries, taxes, and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
