About Techniline
Techniline Electronics is a leading distributor of professional audio equipment and musical instruments in the UAE. Founded in 1994, we operate across wholesale, retail, distribution, and project sales. With a growing team and regional footprint, we are hiring a capable HR Manager to lead our HR and admin operations and support our next phase of growth.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role requiring ownership across all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving, family-run company balancing tradition with transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leaves, and warnings
- Handle official letters (salary, visa, experience, etc.) and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely attendance and leave processing
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring: job posts, screening, interviews, offers
- Conduct structured onboarding, induction, and probation reviews
3. Performance & Policy
- Support implementation and tracking of performance appraisals
- Help design and enforce HR policies and SOPs to professionalize operations
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as first point of contact for HR queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Organize team events and engagement activities
- Proactively support staff well-being needs
5. Compliance & Visas
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and internal policy frameworks
6. Admin & Office Oversight
- Supervise office operations: cleaning, supplies, maintenance, and fixed assets
- Maintain asset handover logs for devices and equipment
- Support cross-functional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
- 3–5 years of generalist HR experience in the UAE
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
