Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and visa processing requirements.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave administration.
- Plan and implement training, development, and performance appraisal systems.
- Support management with workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in construction or contracting sector in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
