We are looking for a passionate, experienced and dynamic HR Assistant / Officer who has a keen eye for detail, and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic financial services company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support HR manager in organizing training and development initiatives.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
- Participate in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Update the HR Policies & Procedures as necessary according to the organization needs and to the UAE Central Bank requirements.
- Administer the attendance and branches roasters
- Process the Payroll
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is recommended.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Previous HR experience or internships are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
