Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer negotiation process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, colleges, and other recruitment sources to expand the talent pool.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and techniques.
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
