Role Summary
The HR & Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a key enabler the company growth by overseeing all aspects of talent planning, recruitment, and organizational development. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on ensuring every new hire aligns with financial projections, business needs, and cultural values. The role involves direct collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and departmental heads to build a lean, high-performance team across the group and its subsidiaries.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute a recruitment plan aligned with the company’s phased growth and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate closely with the CFO to ensure all hires are financially sustainable.
- Partner with the CEO and department heads to prioritize hiring based on revenue-generating functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
- Maintain a live hiring roadmap with timelines, cost projections, and approval checkpoints.
- Lead manpower planning in alignment with business plans and JV structures.
- Build clear org charts, job descriptions, and succession plans for Serdal and subsidiaries.
HR Policy & Culture Implementation
- Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to Serdal's unique business model.
- Establish clear probation, performance review, and salary evaluation processes.
- Promote a strong, accountable, and respectful workplace culture.
Compensation, Benefits & Budget Control
- Benchmark salaries against Abu Dhabi market standards to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
- Advise the CFO on compensation strategy and staff cost optimization.
- Track and forecast headcount costs across departments.
Onboarding, Retention & Offboarding
- Design efficient onboarding programs to integrate new hires quickly and effectively.
- Monitor employee engagement, performance, and retention risks.
- Conduct structured exit interviews and analyze attrition insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-HR role.
- Proven experience in scaling HR in a holding company or multi-entity structure.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processes, and compliance.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
