Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a committed and safety-focused HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across our operations in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training sessions
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of safety records, permits, and audits
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with UAE health and safety laws
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in logistics or transport
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
- Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety training
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively
