Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Aware of all safety regulations of the country in general and projects in particular.
- Liaise effectively between site personnel and office management to ensure that all safety requirements are in order.
- Give continuous guidance to workforce on the importance of maintaining safety standards.
- Understand the safety procedures required for the projects based on their nature and communicate effectively with the personnel at sites.
- Attend safety meetings regularly as directed by the main contractor based on project specifications.
- Periodical reports on safety to be submitted to the management with adequate mention of shortages and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all site personnel are in possession of personal protection equipment.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks with chargehands/foremen/supervisors on sites.
Requirements:
- Must have construction company experience
- Must have NEBOSH & IOSH Certificates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
