- HR & Administration
- Preparation and management of employment contracts, renewals and amendments.
- Management of holidays, permits and absences.
- Collecting and verifying working hours before processing payroll.
- Archive maintenance (contracts, HR documents, project documents).
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor law
- Monitoring the completion of works and compliance with client contracts.
- Preparing and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Regular monitoring of the collection process.
- Professional communication: ability to negotiate clearly, patiently and without conflict.
- Keeping records of communication with customers, overdue payments and their deadlines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or similar fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, HR or finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — patient, calm and persuasive person.
- Organized, punctual and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
