- Estimating labor costs for each project and making sure that they stay within budget limits
- Training employees in safe work practices and responding to safety concerns or accidents
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, or other construction professionals on projects that require HVAC work
- Training new employees on the company’s policies and procedures for operations such as maintenance and repair work
- Reviewing equipment maintenance schedules and ordering supplies such as filters or oil
- Planning and supervising projects such as installing air conditioning units, heaters, humidifiers, and ventilation systems
- Reviewing energy usage data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Consulting with customers on new equipment purchases and maintenance agreements to determine which option best meets their needs
- Monitoring the performance of HVAC equipment to ensure that it is operating properly and efficiently

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
