Position: Sales Immigration Counselor (malayalam speaker).
Location: Business bay,Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive immigration counselling to clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
- Conduct sales consultations, addressing inquiries and concerns, and effectively communicating the benefits of our immigration services.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate and timely processing of immigration applications.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and any regional language.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration or related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
