We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive who can communicate fluently in Tamil and/or Malayalam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database/leads.
- Explain company products and services clearly and convincingly.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to secure conversions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil and/or Malayalam (both speaking & understanding).
- Previous telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge for CRM and reporting.
- Experience in Fintech, Trading, or Online Gaming is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
