A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Answer guest calls and take accurate food & beverage orders
- Input orders in the POS system and coordinate with kitchen & service teams
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Ensure hygiene and service standards are always met
What We need from you: ● Excellent communication and attention to detail ● A warm, service-focused personality
● Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently ● A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths ● The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
