Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Cook who can prepare authentic Indian dishes along with popular fast food items. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (curries, biryanis, tandoor items, snacks, breads) and fast food items (burgers, sandwiches, fried snacks, rolls, wraps, etc.).
- Maintain consistency, quality, and taste in all dishes.
- Follow traditional recipes or create new variations to meet customer preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory, check freshness of ingredients, and reduce wastage.
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Indian cook and fast-food chef.
- Knowledge of multiple cooking styles (North & South Indian preferred).
- Ability to prepare snacks and quick-service items efficiently.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
